1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Mwearbuy, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location. A minor may purchase only with a parent or guardian’s authorization.
2. Services and publisher relationship
Mwearbuy sells digital game top-ups, virtual currency and related digital products. Game names, artwork and virtual items belong to their respective publishers. Unless expressly stated, Mwearbuy is an independent storefront and does not claim publisher endorsement.
3. Accounts and order information
You must provide accurate account, region, server and Player ID information. Keep sign-in credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
4. Prices, orders and payment
The checkout page shows the applicable price and currency. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed. An order is accepted after payment authorization and our confirmation; we may reject or cancel an order for pricing errors, unavailability, fraud risk or legal requirements and will refund captured funds when appropriate.
5. Digital delivery, cancellation and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping / Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Payment & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use stolen payment instruments, commit fraud or money laundering, circumvent security, disrupt the service, scrape it without permission, resell unlawfully, or violate a game publisher’s rules.
7. Availability and liability
Services may be changed, suspended or unavailable during maintenance or publisher outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any permitted aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order; this limit does not apply where prohibited by law.
8. Suspension, law and contact
