1. Delivery method
Products are credited to the game account or Player ID provided, or supplied as a digital code where stated. No physical shipment, postal fee or tracking number applies.
2. Timing
Most orders arrive within minutes after confirmed payment. Verification, publisher maintenance, regional outages or incorrect information may delay delivery. Allow up to 24 hours before treating an order as delayed unless checkout states otherwise.
3. Buyer responsibility
Confirm the game, region, server and Player ID before payment. Keep receipts and do not share codes. Delivery to the supplied destination is treated as completion unless evidence shows a service error.
4. Delayed or failed delivery
If the order is not received within the stated period, email info@mwear.top with the order number and relevant account details. We will investigate, retry delivery or provide a refund when eligible.
