When a digital order can be stopped before fulfillment.
1. Before payment
You may abandon checkout at any time before payment authorization without charge.
2. Processing orders
Request cancellation immediately at info@mwear.top. We will cancel when technically possible before fulfillment, but instant processing means cancellation is not guaranteed.
3. After delivery
A completed digital delivery generally cannot be cancelled because the value may be immediately available or used. Refund eligibility is assessed under the Payment & Refund Policy and mandatory local law.
4. Cancellation by us
We may cancel for unavailability, pricing error, failed verification, fraud or legal restrictions. Captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned to the original method.
