How to request deletion and what happens to account information.
1. Submit a request
Email info@mwear.top from the account email with subject “Account Deletion”. State the account email and, if available, recent order references. Never send a password or full payment credential.
2. Verification and timing
We may verify identity to prevent unauthorized deletion. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or the period required by applicable law, and will explain any lawful extension.
3. Effect of deletion
Access, saved preferences and account-linked history may be permanently removed and cannot be restored. Deletion does not reverse completed game deliveries.
4. Required retention
We may retain limited transaction, fraud, tax, accounting, dispute or security records where law or legitimate claims require it. Retained data is restricted and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
